INTAKE FORM: This form is to be used by schools currently using ConnectEd needing to modify the data being currently sent to ConnectEd (includes attendance calls), are moving from a competitor notification system to ConnectEd or are simply brand new to using ConnectEd.
The following questions will assist EduTech in creating/modifying the connection between your school's student system and ConnectEd. Please do your best to answer all of the questions to the very best of your ability before clicking the "Submit" button that appears at the bottom of the form.
The time that your school's student system is queried for absence data is EXTREMLY important. Be sure to answer each question in this section completely, and after careful consideration.
